Spring Bouquet Workshops

This year I am offering two smaller bouquet workshops that will allow for more one on one teaching time as well as a closer knit group where we can learn together!
In this workshop you will learn how to make a medium tied bouquet using beautiful, fresh, locally grown spring flowers such as peonies, clematis, anemones, ranunculus, and more!
It will take place outdoors on a beautiful property in Central Saanich where we will be able to do some foraging on the grounds surrounding the property. Light snacks and beverages will be provided while we learn together and practice our skills.
You will learn about caring for cut flowers, foraging etiquette, how to choose flowers, other bouquet making techniques and finally how to wrap a bouquet. Choose your own flowers and colour palette as you make a bouquet that reflects your own personal style while also incorporating design techniques and your newly learnt skills.
All the flowers will be from various wonderful local farmers right here on the island. Some of the farmers include Busy Bee Farm and Florals, Greenes Farm + Suite and more.
